Music, artist and model details to Yves Saint Laurent’s internet and TV commercial for their new Black Opium Floral Shock fragrance and mascara.
The newest TV ad from Yves Saint Laurent promotes the launch of the brands new Black Opium Floral Shock Eau de Parfum, which according to YSL, is a “delicious shock of sensuality” offering the “warm sensuality of black coffee shaken with bold citrus notes and a cool, mysterious note of white musk”. Delivering a more floral and fresher aroma, this new feminine fragrance goes on sale in early 2017 in 30ml, 50ml and 90ml bottles.
YSL’s advert also introduces viewers to the companies new The Shock volume mascara, which is designed to give eyes that dark, dramatic and smokey look.
Providing the soundtrack to this commercial are the New York City-based band Javelin, with their 2013 track ‘Nnormal’.
The above 60-second version of this Black Opium Floral Shock ad was posted to the YSL Beauty YouTube channel on the 19th of January, 2017 and again stars the dark-haired British model Edie Campbell.
The 26-year-old has previously appeared in the long-running ‘My Head is a Jungle‘ campaign for YSL Black Opium.
