Song and artist information for BT TV’s ‘A Different World of Entertainment’ ad campaign.
BT’s latest ad for their TV and YouView packages uses a song called ‘Closer’ by Norwegian musicians Lemaitre, featuring Jennie A.
Lemaitre are an Oslo-based electronic duo consisting of long-time friends Ulrik Denizou Lund and Ketil Jansen. Formed in 2010, the group named themselves after the Belgian priest and physicist Georges Lemaître, who proposed the now proven theory that the universe is expanding.
Closer was released as a single in June, 2015 and can be downloaded from Amazon and iTunes:
BT’s new ‘A Different World of Entertainment’ advert, which was posted to YouTube on the 1st of April, 2016, showcases the companies line-up of entertainment, drama, sport and catch up TV, along with the latest version of their YouView set top box.
In addition to the usual Freeview channels, BT TV also offers the likes of AMC, Comedy Central, Nat Geo Wild, E!, History, Discovery, Gold, MTV and more. The ad promises viewers all this for just £3 per month. Customers will however also require a BT phone line for £17.99/month and Infinity broadband for £10/month.
