Audi Advert Song 2016 – Soundtrack and singer details for Audi Sport’s latest ‘Speed Isn’t Everything’ TV and YouTube commercial.

Artist/Singer: Dusty Springfield.
The tracks music was originally created by French composer Michel Legrand, with its English lyrics then written by the American songwriting duo of Alan Bergman and Marilyn Bergman.
After first featuring on the soundtrack of Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway’s 1968 film ‘The Thomas Crown Affair’ sung by Noel Harrison, Springfield then recorded the song for her fifth studio album ‘Dusty in Memphis’.
The Windmills Of Your Mind has previously provided the TV ad music for such brands as Thierry Mugler and BT Vision.
Audi’s ‘Speed Isn’t Everything’ advert, which was posted to the German car manufacturers UK YouTube page on the 1st of June, 2016, shows an R8 doing some slow-motion doughnuts.
After spinning around for some time, an aerial shot then shows the car laying down one of the four circles that make up Audi’s logo. The video is designed to demonstrate that in a world where speed isn’t everything, Audi Sport’s technology means control is king.
